Full Team Registration

THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS INTENDED ONLY FOR FULL TEAMS BRINGING FOUR PLAYERS TO THE LEAGUE.

(If you have a team of two or three who wish to play together, but are missing a player or two, please use the “Partial Team” link below.)

Please complete the registration form below including the names of ALL players. If you do not yet know the name of any player, please put TBA in the appropriate box. Only one name is required to reserve a spot for your team.

There is space for 12 teams in the league. In the event the league fills before you register, you will be notified and placed on a wait list.
